PulsePatch original-source access notice

The participant retains rights in the original PulsePatch source, documentation
and authored synthetic examples. This archive is supplied for competition review
and reproducibility. No blanket MIT, Apache, or other open-source license is
added to the participant's original work by this notice or by dependency metadata.

Third-party dependencies retain their own license conditions. Exact retained
texts appear in third-party/; the Instrument Sans notice also accompanies the
frontend source. The archive contains source and notices, not model weights,
Chromium/OS binaries, installed npm/Python packages, or private evaluation assets.

The competition permits judge-accessible code without requiring open source:
https://opencv26.devpost.com/ . Its submitted-materials and underlying-project
asset provisions are stated at https://opencv26.devpost.com/rules . An unlisted
download link gives anyone holding that link access; it is not authentication.
The owner authorizes the actual disclosure and confirms rights in submitted
materials. This notice does not record acceptance of competition terms on
any participant's behalf or replace the participant's declarations.
